More Permalink Settings

More Permalink Settings allows ‚ÄčWordPress administrators to adjust additional settings related to the generation of links and permalinks.

Features

  • Can operate as a normal WordPress plugin or as a "Must Use" plugin
  • Can choose the type of URI output by WordPress when generating links
    • Absolute URI with scheme (currently the WordPress default)
    • Protocol Agnostic Absolute URI (browser uses same as the requested URI)
    • Site Relative URI with fallback to Protocol Agnostic Absolute URI
  • Can change the URI path to static resources hosted under the WordPress includes folder
    • Can specify a different server (such as a CDN or domain not utilizing cookies or session session)
    • Can specify a different internal path (to obscure the WordPress folder or to provide optimizations)
    • Blocks the use of unsafe and reserved paths (internally used by WordPress)
  • Provides a WordPress administrative page for changing settings
    • All language strings are internationalized (i18n)

What are the Requirements?

  • Working installation of WordPress 4.1 or higher
  • An account with "superuser" access WordPress's administrative interface
  • WordPress hosted on a server supporting permalinks (such as Apache)
  • Read and agree to the License

Where Can I Download?

Stable versions of this module are available upon request. Please do not use versions of this plugin distributed from other sources, as these may contain unstable changes introduced by others.
